i went to the mall of america by pure accident with my dad when i was 19 (1998!). we were on our way out to montana from the UK to go hiking for a couple of weeks, our flights got all screwed up and we took an unplanned 2 day stop over in some shitty hotel right next to Minneapolis airport. we were pretty jetlagged, so we sure as hell just hung out in the mall for two days. i wasn’t much (at all?) of a photographer then, so i really enjoyed this small set of images. seems like things haven’t changed much…

Ha, I don’t know about a juicy lucy but I am definitely missing the Mall of America. I would go there every week if I could. Awesome birthday present you gave to Jenn by the way.
